How do I place an order?+

Browse the shop, pick your size and colour, add to bag, and check out. You can also DM us on Instagram @noize_nt if you need help.

How can I pay?+

We accept Cash on Delivery, InstaPay, Bosta payment link, and Visa.

Can I try it on, and what is your return policy?+

For your convenience, you may try on the item while the courier is waiting. If it is not suitable, you may return it immediately and only the delivery fee will apply.

Please note that once the delivery has been accepted and the courier has left, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted.

Where are your products produced?+

All our products are made in Egypt.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?+

We deliver across Egypt. Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days.

How much is shipping?+

Cairo & Giza: 75 EGP. Alexandria and all other areas: 100 EGP.

What sizes do you offer?+

Most pieces come in S and M. Check the details on each product, or DM us and we will help you choose.
